General

No contract will commence between you and Foldio Limited for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Foldio Limited accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom.

Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Foldio Limited irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Foldio Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licenced to Foldio Limited. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storage in whole or part, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Foldio Limited.

To the fullest extent as permitted at law, Foldio Limited is providing this website and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, contents, materials or products included in this website including, but without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

All disclaimers and exclusions included in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Should any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Methods of Payment

Payment can only be made via our payment interface, which is currently administered by Paypal (see Paypal - Our Payment Interface Partners for more information). The payment process will be completed on the servers of Paypal. Please note that at no point during the credit/debit card transaction process, do we have access to your financial details. PayPal, with its state-of-the-art technology and high security standards, is dedicated to keeping your information safe and private.

You DO NOT need a Paypal account to make the payment and will be able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, American Express and Diners Club International).

All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer and Paypal. Any refusal by the issuer and/or Paypal of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Foldio liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. In instances where the product has already been despatched we will arrange collection from the original address.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (unless specified otherwise) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto this website. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packing charges where applicable.

Product Information

Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Foldio takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods offered on the Foldio website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible.
