Shipping and returns
Orders made via the Foldio website can currently be shipped to 34 destinations (including the UK). For destinations other than those listed below, please contact us for further information.
This delivery commitment is subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and us taking successful payment.
We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However there may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control; for example, bad weather or a broken down vehicle. We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused.
All items delivered by courier will need to be signed for. We are very sorry but we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery of your order beyond the delivery window of 9:00am to 5:30pm. However, if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to organise redelivery of your order.
We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund provided that the goods are returned at your cost, all labels intact and in a proper resaleable condition* within 28 days of receipt**.

A refund will be made or goods exchanged following receipt of the returned items and always subject to their being in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and in a fully resalable condition.
